There is a large Lanai off the living room and master bedroom where turtles, whales (in season) and spectacular sunsets are an enjoyment to behold. Our townhouse style Condo has a traditional Hawaiian interior setting with two bedrooms, two full baths, a new beautiful remodeled fully equipped Kitchen, high speed internet, Wifi, DVD, and a large screen TV in the living room and master bedroom. Our Deluxe two bedrooms allow a maximum of four people.

  Lokelani Condominiums are very well located away from the tourist hubs but still conveniently located close to amenities. The Unit itself has everything you need to enjoy an extended stay we couldn't find anything we lacked kitchenwise. The view is incredible and the added bonus if you're lucky is honu's basking in the sun right outside. Booking was straightforward and the manager is on-site. The only issue was an electrical item tripped a circuit and we didn't know how to reset it, so no ceiling fans for the night. In the bathroom upstairs is a small reset button on the powerpoint (hope that helps future travellers)
  Overall though we were thoroughly impressed with the accommodation. Our personal highlight was a snorkel trip to Kapalua Bay Beach, but go early to avoid parking issues.

  We really enjoyed staying in A206 Lokelani Condos. The view was spectacular with a small but private beach a few steps away. A real hidden gem. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. We were very pleased. The only thing missing was A/C so it got quite warm in the unit, but a large floor fan was in the unit and we also got a good cross breeze by opening up the windows on the front and back of the condo. Would highly recommend this unit and location to future visitors.

  We had an outstanding trip to Hawaii in part to the accommodations we chose. The condo was clean, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us, the view from the lanai was spectacular and the ocean sounds were so soothing. The kitchen had all the right equipment and utensils so we could cook some meals. Had a couple suppers on the lanai watching sun set. Was also able to see sea turtles and whales right from the lanai. The beach right out front was great, could swim, snorkel and dig in the sand. Location was close to restaurants, other beaches and shopping. We would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend to family too.

  Liz, we had an outstanding time as always. The staff is always wonderful, things were clean although they're wasn't any cooking oil, coffee filters and a few of the other little things that help see that you don't spend a fortune at the store. But that's small potatoes compared to the great time we had. We look forward to our fall 2016 trip. One thing I would mention is the pool seems to be losing tile around the inside edge and may have to be worked on. Please let us know if there is going to be no pool when we visit,that would not be good.

  We enjoyed our stay however the furniture is very outdated and uncomfortable. We also found the electric to be outdated as well. The lights in the second bedroom didn't work the entire time we were there. There are signs that advise not to plug in multiple items in the outlets. The circuits tripped on a consistent basis. We also had an issue with ants. They were in the master bathroom and kitchen area. We were told it was due to all of the rain. The pluses were the incredible views and the assigned parking spots. We saw whales and turtles off of the patios.

  This was our first time staying at Lokelani after staying in many other Honokowai condo developments over the last 15 years. The complex is wonderful and about as close to the ocean as you can get. It’s great that it is set back from L. Honoapiilani Rd a bit - it keeps the road noise to a minimum. The beach and reef out front are great! Lots of turtles and jumping fish. I am sure whale season here is a treat. As to the condo itself – our unit was nice, with an updated kitchen and fairly nice furnishings. Both lanais are large and comfortable with beautiful views. The twin beds in the second bedroom really need to be replaced – that was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, and that's saying a lot considering how many vacation rentals we've stayed in over the years. Also, I wish the unit/ condo office had snorkel equipment and nicer beach chairs available to borrow. As an FYI for anyone sensitive to cigarette smoke, this complex lets renters/ residents smoke on their balconies. Depending on the wind, if there is a close neighbor smoking, it will come right onto your lanai and into your unit. There were several heavy smokers there during our stay, but thankfully they were all on the other end of the property from our condo. We would probably not stay at this complex again because of the smoking policy, but otherwise this is a great place!

  Comfortable beds, very nice Oceanview, condo is large enough for 4 people. It's location is good. Free parking and free wifi is plus. There was a little dust on desks and carpets were not enough clean.

  Before arriving we were unsure mostly about the snorkeling off the beach. We found it the best location for viewing turtles. Water clarity was good on most days. Large variety of fish.

  Stayed in A206 for two weeks. Condo was clean and the decor/furniture was typical Maui condo decor, not necessarily the most comfortable but are you in Maui to never leave your condo? The sandy beach was 30 feet away and was the main reason I chose Lokelani. Turtles galore and the reef had great snorkeling Quiet at night, beds comfortable what else can I say.

  If you are looking for a condo that accommodates two couples, that is right on top of the ocean waves with your own private beach with sea turtles and whale watching from your two balconies, then look no further than Lokelani condos. We prefer to cook our own breakfast and have coffee on the balcony And with a fully stocked kitchen it was easy to eat in and enjoy the unobstructed view. We will be back!!
